November Smoothie of the Month: Cranberry Crush

Blame it on the weather, but y’all, I can’t help it. I've got a cranberry crush. In honor of all things cranberry, our smoothie of the month at the Birdhouse, the Cranberry Crush, is packed with cranberries, citrus & a zing of skin-fortifying collagen! Grab the recipe below or stop by the Birdhouse to snag one! Available all month long! ❤️

Ingredients:

1/2 cup alm milk 

1 cup whole cranberries

2 oranges, peeled

1 banana, frozen

1 scoop age quencher collagen protein 

If you need additional sweetener I suggest a little maple syrup or stevia 

Instructions:

Place the ingredients into a high powered blender, like in the order listed: almond milk, cranberries, oranges, collagen protein and banana.

Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add in stevia or organic maple syrup. Sometimes I want this more tart and sometimes I want things a little sweeter!
