October Smoothie of the Month:

I couldn’t let October pass without a yummy pumpkin spice smoothie! This one is perfect for October in Mississippi!

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup coconut or Greek yogurt

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk

organic maple syrup to taste

2/3 cup pumpkin puree

1 scoop of Age Quencher REJUVENATE Beauty Protein

small scoop of ice for a thicker smoothie

Instructions:

Place all ingredients and blend until smooth.
