Everyone needs a go-to green juice recipe and this delicious green juice fits the bill. It’s packed with 4 different types of greens (kale, spinach, cucumber and celery), has a green apple for a hint of sweetness and a sprig of mint for a little zing of freshness.
Today I want to switch gears a little and talk about the benefits of including leafy greens in our diet and share my new favorite green juice recipe that makes getting your daily dose of greens a piece of cake. Sadly, green juice doesn’t taste like cake, but you can make it taste pretty darn good.
2 large kale leaves plus handful of spinach
1 English cucumber
